Green Structure and Development of Urban Environment - "The Green Structure Project"

The Green Structure Project was part of the research activities at the Department of Landscape Planning Alnarp of the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU). The project was launched in 1997 and terminated in 2002. It aimed at investigating three main aspects of green structure in Swedish towns and cities. Some results of the project are theoretical, while others may be applicable in urban planning.
